DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nUnderstanding your feelings and their reasons\, as well as managing them to prevent them from becoming overwhelming\, can sometimes feel like navigating without a map. This can hinder your progress and focus\, much like driving without directions. \nIn this class we’ll talk about states of mind and how they affect your responses\, practice self-soothing and troubleshooting skills\, and gain valuable insights into navigating heightened emotional situations that you may encounter during your journey. \nPlease note: This class involves optional participation and respectful\, high-level discussions about potentially activating topics. \nPresenter Bio\nHeart (she/they) is a polyamorous neurodivergent switch who started in the DC swinger and kink scenes in 2018. Now predominantly active in the local kink community\, she serves as a volunteer with several groups and as an organizer of QINK\, a monthly play party by and for queer people. \n\n**THIS IS AN IN-PERSON EVENT AND WILL NOT BE STREAMED.
