SUMMARY:Build-A-Fear Workshop: Fear Play 101 with Alixzander
DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nThis class explores how a player can effectively create situations and environments that elicit a fear response from their partner. Fear can be used independently as its own scene\, or used as a tool within a scene to enhance the experience. In this interactive learning experience\, participants will explore fear through the five senses. Throughout\, participants will both learn tools to better utilize fear\, as well as develop their own personal methods in producing a fear response. This class is hands-on\, encouraging participants to dive into what makes them (or their partners) shudder with fear. \nPresenter Bio\nAlixzander has been described as the energizer bunny of the DMV BDSM Scene. He currently sits on the board of Black Rose\, and serves as the Director of Education. He is also a manager at The Crucible\, staff for both Camp Crucible and CrucibleCon\, and is proud to be one of the event hosts of Queer Identifying N Kinky (QINK). Alixzander considers BDSM his art form\, and he loves to create. What is your favorite color? \nWe have ways of making you talk. \nTorture and Interrogation have many faces: polite interviews\, fear play\, targeted application of pain\, threats and coercion\, compromise\, and punishment. What is most important for a powerful and successful scene is “What is the story?” you can both agree on.
