Please give us two weeks’ notice. \n\nClass Description\nThe changing US political landscape along with our ever increasing integration with various types of computing has many concerned about their privacy and anonymity. This class details common sense steps you can take to increase your privacy\, security\, and anonymity while doing such previously mundane things as: looking at porn\, crossing borders\, booking medical appointments\, attending political actions\, simply existing in America! I will only cover topics related to personal security\, anything that would generally be covered by a business or organization paying a consultant is off limits. \nPresenter Bio\nAlex McGeorge has been involved with BDSM in the DMV for a truly boring amount of time. He currently is best known as co-organizer and event runner for The Crucible’s Dungeon 101. Alex has taught on spanking since 2012 through Dungeon 101 and at events for Black Rose\, FetFest\, CLAW Getaway 2022 and internationally. DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nSelf-tying can be a means to an end\, be it practicing rope topping or tying yourself up because scheduling with others is hard. Self-tying can also be an empowering way to connect with yourself. Whatever brings you to rope\, this class will equip you with the necessary fundamentals to get started on your self-tying journey. \nBy the end of this class\, attendees will have a basic understanding of rope safety and risk mitigation for self-tying. Attendees will be able to self-tie a simple body harness\, and will be empowered to continue to develop their self-tying skills. \nAttendees are encouraged to bring two hanks of rope. Participation is not required. \nStructure:\nThis course will begin with a 45 minute lecture and demonstration\, followed by hands-on practice and questions. This class is fundamentally a self-tying class\, but can be done partnered. \nSkill level:\nThis class is designed for beginners\, but is open to all levels of experience.  \nPresenter Bio\nnocturneBlue (he/they) is a queer leather worker and part-time dog out of the DMV with a passion for leather and rope.
