Do you have chronic injuries that flare up or get worse when you top certain activities or longer scenes? \nUsing techniques from sports medicine\, as well as my own lived experience topping longer scenes while managing chronic health challenges\, this class will empower you to keep your body feeling better without sacrificing your kinky joy. \nThis class will include: \n\nModifications to minimize stress on joints when handling rope and impact toys\nPhysical aftercare tips for tops\nSimple exercises specifically geared towards preventing injuries from topping impact\, rough body play\, rope bondage\, and strapon play\nStrategies for managing your energy while topping longer scenes\, multiple scenes in the same day\, or increasing the frequency of play \n\nThis class is “participation appreciated but not required” and doesn’t require a class partner (all participatory parts can be done solo) \nPresenter Bio\nAbundantMischief is a queer polyamorous toppy switch\, gleeful sadomasochist\, and enthusiastic boot fetishist. She has been active in the Northeast US kink community for over 16 years\, and enjoys bringing crossover knowledge from her 2 decades of experience as a professional dancer\, circus artist\, and performing arts educator into her kink teaching. Learn techniques\, strategies\, and ideas to enrich your current experiences with different sensations. We’ll also touch on pervertibles and different methods of using tools you may already own to deepen and enrich your kinky explorations. \nPurpose: To introduce sensation & sensory play both as independent scenes and as enhancements to more complex scenes. \nStructure: Mostly lecture but there will be plenty of opportunity for engagement throughout. \nExpected Outcomes: For people to think more deeply and broadly about the breadth of their scenes and expand their repertoire for more enriched scenes and experiences. \nSupplies Attendees need to bring: N/A \nSkill Level: Beginner+  \nPresenter Bio\nMonique is a submissive\, masochistic\, ethical non-monogamist. In this class\, we will explore physical\, emotional\, and psychological dimensions of care across roles\, bodies\, and dynamics. Whether you’re topping\, bottoming\, switching\, or playing solo\, you’ll leave with concrete strategies for planning and negotiating meaningful aftercare. We’ll also address time-delayed needs\, communication challenges\, and making care plans specific to you and your scene.  \nPresenter Bio\nChaotic Elle (she/they) is the founder of The SexEd We Missed\, where they offer inclusive pleasure-focused sex education through 1:1 coaching\, workshops\, and community learning spaces. Elle holds a Master’s degree in Sexual Health and brings years of experience teaching both vanilla and kink-focused content. They’ve led sessions at kink camps\, consulted with sexual health nonprofits across the globe\, and trained medical professionals on how to have better conversations about sex.
