DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nGetting the crap kicked out of you can be cathartic\, overwhelming\, and liberating. Whether with a paddle\, flogger\, cane\, boots\, or fists\, it’s a great way to suffer. This class will teach the physical aspects of receiving impact\, including how to position yourself\, what body parts can take a lot and what needs to be protected\, and how to give feedback for a gauge test. We’ll also cover communication during impact play\, aftercare\, and a few advanced topics. There will be a demo\, during which participants are welcome to practice as well.
