DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nHow disability intersects with kink is something many of us are never taught early in our journeys\, including how being disabled or our play partners being disabled may inform how we top and/or bottom. What adjustments need to be made for a bottom that is hard of hearing or deaf? What happens if a top has limited mobility? What measures can be taken for tops and bottoms that experience sensory overwhelm? How can we include conversations about our disabilities when negotiating play? Through this panel discussion\, four kinksters bring their experiences and advice on navigating living with disabilities as tops\, bottoms\, and switches. \nThis panel discussion will not encompass all disabilities and experiences\, but is meant to help some folks start a dialogue and consider how going forward we can collectively normalize these conversations. \nPresenter Bio\n@Skeleton_Bitch (they/he/she)\, aka Lizzie\, aka Picasso of Pain\, is a disabled\, genderfluid dominant/sadist/artist and one of the hosts of the monthly queer-centered play party\, @qinkdc. DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nThe art of flogging relies on a broad range of skills\, each of which are arts on their own. When brought together\, these skills transform flogging from being a simple impact scene into an expression of creativity that deepens the connection between the people involved. \nThis playshop focuses on presenting the skills of flogging as building blocks\, with suggestions on how to practice each and then integrate them into a cohesive whole. DESCRIPTION:Class Description\nWhy are playgrounds important? Playgrounds and play encourage growth\, learning\, development\, communication\, relationships\, boundaries\, and a sense of self worth. All are welcome in this class and tools and exercises are built for all levels of attendees – regardless of experience\, identifiers\, “type of player”\, or side of the slash- this class is for you. \nThe objective of this class is to reinvigorate a sense of play\, exploration\, and creativity in order to build ability\, confidence\, and relationships in play and play spaces. This is a class of doing and discussing\, as opposed to handouts and note taking. T-shirts / loose fitting clothing or gym appropriate clothing is encouraged for this class. There will be accessible movement\, negotiated touching\, partnering up and changing partners throughout these exercises. This class will have noises like crinkling paper\, loud voices and other sounds. Sound dampening devices are welcome.
