Artistic Wax Play with Skeleton_Bitch
July 30 @ 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
$5 – $10Class Description
Known for being an agent of sensuality and sometimes sadistic fun, wax play can also be an avenue for incorporating artistic expression into your scene. Whether you want to give someone wings, turn them into a lava lamp, or make the rainbow drip on someone’s curves; there are many possibilities for turning someone into an art piece while giving them lovely sensations.
This class will cover:
- Some sources of artistic inspiration
- Some quick color theory to create eye-catching wax play
- What kind of wax works best for what effects
- How to use different body parts and positions to achieve different visual effects
- Different types of materials that can be incorporated
Different types of artistic wax play will be demonstrated on a demo bottom to show you how you bring forth your inner artist while leading a scene.
We recommend that participants have attended or watched a Wax Play 101 class or demo, or read this Introduction to Wax Play guide by ONYX in preparation for this class.
Presenter Bio
@Skeleton_Bitch (they/he/she), aka Lizzie, aka Picasso of Pain, is a disabled, genderfluid dominant/sadist/artist. They are one of the hosts of the monthly queer-centered play party, @qinkdc and the Director of Education for @br_BlackRose. They have been participating in kink since 2006 and part of the DMV kink community since 2022. They have been navigating the nuances of being kinky while living with multiple chronic illnesses and being autistic with ADHD (AuDHD) and what that means for them as a dominant, top, and organizer. They also love artistic, high-concept scenes that bring various media and forms of expression to play.
