Delving into CNC as a Bottom: Navigating Vulnerability, Trust, and Empowerment with Alisa Millard
March 18 @ 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
$5 – $10Class Description
Consensual non-consent (CNC) can be an intensely powerful and transformative experience, but it also requires a strong foundation of trust, communication, and emotional awareness. This workshop is designed to guide bottoms in exploring the depth and complexity of CNC play in a safe, reflective, and empowering way.
In this in-person class, we will:
- Deshame the desire for CNC play and explore its transformative potential.
- Identify what you want to experience from CNC scenes and how to communicate those desires.
- Discuss emotional preparation and tools for managing vulnerability during a scene.
- Learn practical techniques for building trust with your partner and engaging in CNC safely.
- Explore post-scene care strategies to foster empowerment and emotional resilience.
The workshop includes a blend of lecture, audience questions, and interactive exercises designed to encourage reflection and playful exploration. While a basic understanding of CNC is helpful, it is not required to attend. Participants will leave with handouts to support their continued journey of self-discovery and empowerment in CNC dynamics.
Whether you are new to CNC or have some experience, this class will offer you practical tools and insights to deepen your connection to yourself and your partner(s) through consensual non-consent play.
