Family Ties: Growing up in a Kink Household with Alex McGeorge

Class Description

Alex grew up during the 90s and early 00s in a well known and constantly evolving poly/kink household in the Washington DC metro area. This class offers a frank discussion of lessons learned, challenges, triumphs and long term implications of growing up in this environment. Brief notes of the presenter’s own experiences in these lifestyle communities as an adult will be discussed but are not the main focus. Come to enjoy amusing tales of awkward conversations with a curious teenage boy concerning the recently renovated basement dungeon being “off-limits” amongst others.

Presenter Bio

Alex McGeorge has been involved with BDSM in the DMV for a truly boring amount of time. He currently is best known as co-organizer and event runner for The Crucible’s Dungeon 101. Alex has taught on spanking since 2012 through Dungeon 101 and at events for Black Rose, FetFest, CLAW Getaway 2022 and internationally. When not enjoying the suffering of others Alex works on the offensive side of computer security for a cloud provider, enjoys running around in nature and sometimes indulging in his compulsion to get into places he’s not supposed to be.
