Class Description

What happens when protocol is broken?

When expectations are not met, rules are tested, or a submissive chooses not to follow an established agreement? In a D/s dynamic, punishment is not just about correcting behavior. It is about accountability, authority, communication, and understanding the immense responsibility that accompanies power exchange.

Punishment and Protocol takes a real-world look at how punishment can be used within a consensual D/s dynamic and the role protocol plays in creating structure with clarity. Sir PUL and BiteMeThere will discuss setting expectations, establishing meaningful protocol, recognizing the difference between a mistake and intentional disobedience, and deciding when a situation calls for communication, correction, consequences, or punishment.

Through open discussion, relatable scenarios, and a live demonstration, we will look at punishment from both sides of the slash. We will talk about what makes discipline effective, why consistency matters, and why a Dominant has to be just as intentional about exercising authority as a submissive is about following it.

Presenter Bio

I have been known as BiteMeThere for the last 15 years. My path in the kink space has been anything but linear. My journey has largely centered around building communities where people who look like me can thrive. Through my writings, teaching, and community engagement, I continue to explore the intersections of power dynamics, service, vulnerability, and what it means to trust. I value honest conversations that allow room for feedback in its many forms; it will always be my goal to build intentional relationships that propel this community, our community, forward in a positive way.I believe that kink is best experienced when all participants are given the space and freedom to be seen, heard, respected, and safe to explore their pleasure.

Widely known as Sir PUL, he is a Male Dominant Heterosexual Leather (MDHL f/s) with more than 14 years of experience in the lifestyle. Recognized as a Sensual Sadist, Daddy, Protector, and Educator, he is deeply committed to mentorship, communication, and personal growth within the community. A proud member of the NASSORS Leather Brotherhood, he also serves as a host and producer for Black & Kinky DC, helping create safer spaces for education, exploration, and fellowship throughout the DMV area. Originally beginning his journey in New York City, Sir PUL has remained active in community projects and events across the East Coast. Guided by the belief that “none of us is as smart as all of us,” he continues to prioritize learning, leadership, and connection within the lifestyle.

To minimize disruption, there will be no admittance after 8:30.

This is not a play party. Do not attempt to engage in scenes or solicit others for play, except for labbing as part of a workshop-style class.

Tickets are $5 for Black Rose Members and Members of Reciprocal Groups with their Membership Card and $10 for non-members.
